Residential Services
Most residential wells on Vancouver Island are providing excellent potable water, but some are also testing positive for microbiological pathogens or the trace metal arsenic. Most residential wells should be tested annually for microbiological potability and every five years for trace metals and organic compounds. We also specialize in Real Estate Transactional Testing.

Island Waterworks Ltd. inspects, repairs and maintains all major brands of drinking water systems, softeners and filters. We also service and replace well pump systems We stock parts and disposable filters for many common brands on the market today.

Drinking water systems can be customized with designer faucets or plumbed to a fridge dispenser and ice maker. Whole house filters can be plumbed to allow for outside irrigation bypass as well as other options. Well pump installations are performed by a Government Approved Technician.
